Social Networking Is a Joke

bout to give up the whole idea social networking. Cam whoring people, who don't care about nothing but them selves. Self loathing it's more like social leeching, the only good reason I keep my myspace is for friends that live far away to stay in touch as well to see what's going on with everybody instead of calling everyone in your phonebook since there are a lot of bulletin whores out there.

Spruce It Up

So for those that may or may not have noticed I have updated the layout on the blog giving it some new page elements and a small redesign. I have gotten rid of the ugly border around my header image. Added a RSS Feed button, for those of you who add RSS Feeds to your site and following list. Then added an RSS Feed of the blogs(s) I follow in my sidebar. Just these little touches makes a difference towards a full functioning blog. Now all I need is readers and more views, hmmmm.......

Architecture

For some reason, not bad I enjoy new different uses of architecture. From abstract to location, I think I just found a new self interest. Wether its your workplace, home or whatever it may be, I like architecture. I have been meaning to post some of these neat buildings I found a couple of days ago via through ffffound.com an hourly updated picture blog. iso50.com a graphic designer and music composer by the name of Scott Hansen who goes by the musician alias of Tycho. Arch Daily which I found through ffffound, a daily updated unique worldwide architecture site. It just opens up your eyes to new innovative yet creative, abstract structures. A lot of these, are old designs and builds that weren't known publicly until this year so some date like two to three years back. Cool none the less, this is going to be a big post since I have been meaning to post this stuff earlier so I am going to bunch it all up into one ginormous

This first one is Located in Spain and that was all the info I really got out of it, it was designed for an architechture company.
What a perfect idea for people who create and design architecture to work in an environment such as that. Some what futuristic while not being modern and boring. I sure dig it, it's a calm and subtle workplace out in the middle of a forest. Would feel like more of a summer camping trip or retreat than a crowded cubicle inside of a skyscraper surrounded by honking cars and sky reaching buildings.






Athens, Greece personal skate park house. Yes, this has been done before as seen on Jackass stars Steve-O's apartment. This is permanent I believe. Combining living space architecture with skateboarding. What skater would not want a halfpipe in his or her house?




This is one of my favorites, a five-story apartment hotel complex located in Falls Creek, Victoria, Australia
Being open for both the winter and summer seasons, It comprises of fourteen apartments (4 x studio, 2 x 1 bedroom, 2 x 2 bedroom, 4 x 3 bedroom and 2 x 4 bedroom, 2 level penthouse), and day spa and produce store/café on the ground level.
All apartments are self-cater, with full kitchens and laundry facilities. With the exception of the studios, each apartment has a terrace and balcony hot tub. Now how cool is that? I sure love to stay there in the Winter it looks beautiful.

Killing Time

I have been killing a lot of time lately, playing old playstation games on my mac haha and even more trying to configure my playstation 2 emulator to work, but unfortunately gave up. I'm just gonna buy a ps3 with backwards compatibility when I get money in the future. My obama dollars have been extended bills are being payed off, I only owe money on one card now. So that and car payments that will leave with me with some extra dough to buy some new toys and gadgets, Birthday is coming up. Then week after trip for Canada I really hope my wrist will be alright its been about a week now the pain is somewhat going away i sprained it pretty bad, I'm guessing. If it doesn't get better by Sunday, I will have to goto the doctor Monday, ughhhh :/
I really hope it heals and is fine, cause it is my guitar playing hand and I have really wanted to play guitar lately and had to cancel band practice because I can't play but currently I have it wrapped to constrain it from moving. Aside from all this I am looking for a new film camera. A Medium Format Tlr to be exact! Ebaying it up, trying to decide between Yashica mat 124 or mat Em.

Bees in My House

So today I come down stairs and Olga is like "did you leave the door open yesterday?" No, "cause there are bees in the house"
I look to where she is pointing and I exclaim holy crap there's a lot of bees. So I grabbed the trusty vacuum and start sucking them up. There were twenty or more freaking bee's downstairs, what fumbles me is how the hell they all got in here, and when. Did they come in yesterday or today? Cause i have something else that ties into this, i went to the beach yesterday and as I was passing my house on the on ramp to get on the freeway, we drove through a large swarm of what we thought were bugs and the first thing I came to mind was bees. The windows of the truck were open to when we hit the swarm and I happen to be sitting next to the window. Some hit my face and I was like wtf and start jumping around freaking out, swatting getting shit of me i look down and there just so happens to be a bee in the car so I disposed of him. But it was weird the swarm was on the on ramp going to the freeway which is behind my house so I wonder if its the same swarm that was in my house? None the less they are taken care of and sitting in the depths of the vacuum. Anyways aside from that I am also stoked for May 13th since Yesterday's Rising is having a show down at the Slidebar in Fullerton its 21+ and I am getting in with them since i am underage to film the whole set!

also Depeche Mode is having a free concert down in Hollywood in which I really wanted to goto but I could not get any of the 'free" tickets to get in, so im just sitting at home. But alas more good news! Yesterdays Rising is having a show down in Temecula at the art and clothing store Versus. I will definitely be going and heavily arming the VX to come with me. So I hopefully when I get time i will post show footage. Also i will post up photos from last nights Dibs post.

I Call Dibs!

so these past couple of days haven't been doing much, dling movies watching them along with shows listening to music play guitar every now and then and my obama dollars are just about gone now one more check which should be in Friday then I will immeadiately and abruptly have to find a job back to the real world i guess. I laughed tonight as i opened my fridge to see that Olga had put a sticky note on tonights leftovers for tomorrow. She figures I am going to eat them in which that happened a couple weeks back which was an honest mistake and I did appologize but she was so stubborn and persistant that I did it intentionally. I'm sorry, I'm hungry and there are tons of leftovers I don't know which one you are calling dibs on bitch. So to fuck with her I am going to use her remaining 20 or so sticky notes and post them all over the fridge on random items with my name. Picture will follow. These past couple of days have been really hot, and I mean a scorcher! Today was a bit better it was at least five to ten degrees cooler with a nice wind. I kinda also want to make a game called Fuck with Olga, try and do something different every day that will mess with her mind. So maybe i will document it or something, but I still think there should be a movie made about this feud.

My Crazy Weekend

well where to start with this long post with stories of adventure, triumphant, daring, risque
this weekend consisted of hotel lobby dance parties, dance offs, sneaking into clubs, more dancing, cinnabon, gambling, drinking, jet skiing and late night shenanigans. What else did you expect from Vegas's cousin? A run down shit smelling, wind blowing city. Actually chose a bad weekend to go down the weather was nice except for the wind which had speeds up to 30mph! Not cool, it was nice for the most part of the day then when we decide to goto sleep the wind picks up out of no where and blew the shit out of the our tents. We all found it hard to sleep but all I have to say about that is FUCK THE WIND! haha

I actually had made an attempt to sneak into the foghat concert which I had the sidestage door open but upon breaching the inside there was a cop sitting right there and stared at me saying you can't come in here I was like oh alright and just turned around and left.


All in all it was fun, quite an experience. Just wish we had brought some cameras to document the whole trip, would be funny to watch and share.

River Trip & Other Updates

been busy the past couple of days
trying to make the river trip for this weekend work out, so been planning and getting a lot of preparation done.
and today i have just filled my Ipod of one hundred and sixty gigs :( Now It is time to either custom upgrade or wait til they come out with a bigger size. This truly is a sad day that will live in infamy, not really i just wanted to be dramatic but seriously I can't add any more good music to my pod!

Guess Again

Just as I spoke too soon about the Wild Things are film, the new Apple store in Temecula is now going to open once again. I guess they changed their mind or something. I discovered last night on craigslist and the store has now been relisted on Apples site where for a few months it had dissapeared no where to be found. There were other people on the internet who had asked questions about it as well. Well, worry no more cause the store is coming to a Temecula Promenade near you! So I Reapplied for all my positions at the store, so hopefully I'll get a job there. I would be really stoked if I did, since I need a job cause my Obama Dollars (unemployment) are almost gone. It's so hard to find a job currenty with the how the market is as well so getting a job there would really help me out. Plus it would be something I want to do and could enjoy.

I got a lot of stuff that is going to happen in the next few weeks that i will blog about. I also need a calendar so I can schedule out the rest of this year. Birthday Party tomorrow, Laughlin trip the week after, Utah for a week in May, Canada trip in June and July. Lots of good stuff planned and hopefully some unplanned spontaneous fun. Now I have my other relatives down to stay for a week as well. My Grandma from Florida drove her forty plus foot motorhome down with her husband. Its been a good two years or more I believe.

So I went out and splurged, decided to buy Resident Evil 5 yesterday. it's good, but doesn't have the scare factor as the originals of the series did. As well as there are a few things i dislike about it. For one the AI Cpu partner is retarded, she heals you wasting precious herbs and F.A. sprays when you don't need them. Then dies when its impossible to save her. I would've have the liked the game a bit better if I didn't have to drag around her lazy carcass through the whole thing. The camera views are also I am going to use this word, "Retarded" its one same angle the whole game. Although its not like the other games had were the same angle for the whole thing as well. But it would have been way better if there were multiple angles like further back from the character so you can see around you, check out the environment better. Hopefully Bioshock 2 won't be a let down.

Birthday

Good times last night, went to the bar for Blakes bday and im not even 21 I didn't get id'ed and was immeadiately offered a beer. I was basically DD so I had to pass on the offer though but now we have a place to go on thursdays and one other day which I forgot what it was. Free pool, good music, underage drinking in a bar what more could you ask for? Not to mention the bartender was so fine probably the hottest bartender I have ever seen for how many bars I've been in second to non haha

Booze Crusin'

So a couple of people at my friends house which we have been partying at the past couple of days and will continue the next few
needed to pick up more alcohol so they went to go pick some more up aka Booze Cruise. Well its not a good thing to do intoxicated. My friend wrecked his car last night and thats why you don't drink and drive the situation went from fun to serious in a heartbeat when we found out what happened. Luckily no was injured the car was just wrecked beyond belief. My friend was really bummed about his car but he will be looking forward to his next one which is probably going to be '86 Corolla or so he hopes. We will see.

Warped Tour This Year!

that is my plan to go to to at least some big show or festival this year, I wanted to goto Coachella but there is no way I am going to have money due to my job situation as well as Bamboozle. I'm really bumming and slumming right now, its quite depressing of my current status. I wish I could grow a money tree or that it would rain money from the sky. I guess I am just expecting a job to land in my lap even thought its not gonna happen or maybe it will. Just gotta be positive about the whole situation and assess it!
Might even go see The Four Tops and Temptations haha how sweet would that be?

Woke Up

and got up, was eleven o'clock butt naked except I was wearing my socks and thats cool cause most the time this floor is cold, stood up and stretched looked around for my soul. But this morning I got up earlier than i usually do, i have been trying to wake up earlier now as well as goto bed earlier. Cause i need to start excercising and just get good sleep since I haven't been sleeping well due to staying up late as late as i do. Just weird sleep patterns, I get tired of it after a while. A Hope for Home is coming down to Pomona to play at the Glass House for Facedown Fest thats basically the only band I'm going for. Hopefully gonna hang out with them after the show, get some more flicks to add on to my others from their last show I witnessed.

April Fools!

It's the first of the month! Although today being April Fools it doesn't feel like the day. No pranks or nothing immaculately planned to mess with anyone. Maybe I am not feeling the spirit that I felt this same time last year. update, I hope to have an acoustic show pretty soon around town, right now i am compiling a list of songs to play. So far I have about seven to eight. So it should be a good solid set, I just need to practice to get them down as well as find someone to do vocals. As much as I would love to sing I don't think it would be that great. I need to get vocal lessons though for sure. I even want to get a band going but its hard to find dedicated musicians round here.

How My Weekend Went

A usual weekend, got really boring at times trying to find something to do but nothing was happening and if there was, which there was. The drive was jut too far of a drive to go and I didn't feel like camping. Although Friday I did goto some party in La Cresta at this big ass house. Pretty bougie, but it was a weird mix of dirt nasty ass bro's and black people. Which I do not understand how that worked out without a conflict arising. Everyone just coexisted and got along or at least while I was there not sure what happened after I left if anything did or not. I would have rather probably stayed home and do what Im doing right now, be on the computer and blog or make music or read a book. I got more books in the mail so I now have a box full of new unread books to keep me occupied.

Past Thoughts

Tonight game me some time to think about myself, hanging with a friend, reminded me of the past. How and who I used to be, I was fun up for anything and never boring, now look at me dreadful to say but it sounds like I've become something I didn't want to be...boring? Or is it this town? It seems dead. I thought of things that we all used to do to have fun and we never had to think about something to do. We always had fresh fun ideas or stuff to do, there was never a dull moment. We used to arrange grand dinner parties at the Olive Garden and we would all caravan down there just for fun. What happened to this? What happened to me? Have I changed?

Good Day

today has been an exceptionally good, maybe tonight will follow the same path! I sold my Fender Twin Reverb now I can finally pay that card off that it's on, slowly good things are coming my way, I wonder what's next? Tonight there is going to be a party in La Cresta I can only hope there is a good ratio, and maybe get some felatio hahaha only kidding. It seemed funny at the time since it rhymed it with ratio but never mind that.

What Have You Done for Me Lately?

I Haven't done much the past couple of days, just been a hermit in my room. Wishing i had a new deck so I could get out and skate. Yesterday I spent a lot of time updating my blog here and when I mean a lot I mean it! I'm still not done either. So I'm sure you have noticed older posts getting longer and being edited. I Just started watching Heroes and its safe to say It is my new favorite show, hook line and sinker! It's sooo good, yea I'm a little late on jumping on the band wagon but who cares? I sure don't, I'll soon be caught up. I have been thinking about music a lot the past week or so, I have a couple of original names, really good ones at that! I will be doing a post-rock, electronic side project inspired by The Album Leaf and American Dollar. Then I will be playing a acoustic show sometime in the future.

What was really cool about that show besides them was the band before them "Tape Deck Mountain." The music was hipster experimental and some other genres, not really my style. The main point being the drummer Paul Remund of the duo just so happens to be the ex drummer of Letter Kills R.I.P. funny to have two of the same guys who used to be in Letter Kills now in two different bands both play the same night. Coincidence I think so! More Trivia, I just learned, Dustin Lovelis ex guitarist left due to lack or artistic freedom with the label to start, well what do you know? The Fling! Which led to the break up of Letter Kills.

Reason I didn't glue them was incase I get more fortunes so I'll be able to easily rearrange them but I might have to get a bigger frame too sometime in the future.

Just thoughtI would let everyone know, I can't get enough of it. Im an addict, it is probably some of the best chicken I've had too! Best if oven cooked and Served on rice with kikkoman soy sauce and a nice cold arizona your choice of flavor. Mine just so happens to be Red Apple Green Tea, Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Shit Day! A Big Update

Today was going to be a normal average every day day but now it went from that to shit. I was down at the Farm, no not where horses, hicks, pigs and rednecks hangout. Taking pictures of my new favorite spot, its a pond with a minibarn with a waterwheel attached to it then bridges that go across the pond and a waterfall! It's a really cool awesome relaxing spot. So I was doing some long exposures of the waterfall which unfortunately probably didn't come out good due to being handheld and not tripod mounted since about two weeks ago my tripod broke :/ but its okay cause it was a cheap tripod, nothing fancy or magnificent. As for my next batch of camera equipment will probably include a fluid head or ball head tripod with quick release, a wide angle lens (10mm maybe?), fisheye (12mm), Nikon D70 body, and various lighting equipment, umbrellas to soft boxes.

Off subject now, I've been meaning to post something this for a while and trying to find how to word it. I get to thinking sometimes how important I am and influential to some people and realized there is no one. Not even remotely probably, now why is that? What is wrong with me? Just thinking that makes me feel below average cause I have a friend that I find as well as the other 100 people that constantly call him wanting to hangout and etc look up to him thinking he's this cool dude, which he is. Like I just wish I could be more like him, cause I hate myself sometimes, which the more I think about it, its my personality...? I think I should stop worrying about everyone else and worry more about myself they will come later, I need to look more into doing what I like, want or love while not worrying about impressing anyone. My personality will change as i grow and I will find myself to be a better person than i thought not like Im already not already good hearted. But enough complaining for now.

I was at the grocery store shopping and decided to check out the magazine aisle, found a few things that caught my eye. So I plopped down there in the middle of the aisle and started flipping through the pages. I found out from Geek Monthly that you can make pound cake out of any soda. Like for example Orange Crush Pound Cake!



Also me and my friend came up with the idea the other night to have the worlds largest dog pile and hopefully get it into the Guiness Book of World Records which I am not sure if it has been done before. I searched around a little bit and didn't find much. None the less it would be cool.

One last thing I went shopping for picture frames and it took me like over an hour and a half to get the task done. I went from Target to Walmart to Aarons Brothers where I finally found some better quality frames. I've been meaning to frame this water color painting my Grandma made a while back and gave to me, glad to know thats out of the way now. I also framed all of my fortune cookie fortunes which was a neat idea I thought of. Who knows what luck they may bring, maybe they will all turn out to be true which I hope they are. I'll have pictures up tomorrow.

I Dreamt Last Night

as the title explains all, I had a dream last night don't remember a whole lot but my wallet was full of money. That is the only thing I remember as I was surrounded by people, could have been friends, not sure. But I went from having a empty wallet to it being abundant. Instead of having paper where it belongs in the cash area it filled with pocket change which probably weighed over 5lbs. Does this dream mean someting? Is money coming my way? Is there symblism? Maybe I should get one of those books on analyzing dreams yea?

I need to better myself with knowledge that or money, I might be going to bum fuck Utah for a job, its a long shot but it might be good for a change. Since i don't have anyone that really cares if I stay or go and im not involved in any relationships might as well go meet new people. i had a conversation with my friend and its basically true, fuck your friends if they are going to off somewhere with you out you in a heartbeat then why shouldn't you do the same? It is mean and cold hearted by you can't live waiting on your friends you have to be your on man doing what you want and need to do to get by.

Yesterday's Shenanigans

Yesterday was pretty funny, we finally got around to testing our cardboard street signs. We filmed at a few locations, but it was too slow we weren't getting enough response. So we will have to hit up more of a metro populated area next time. For now that is all I am going to say about them till we either get some photos and/or better footage. I have been meaning to pick up some props for a while that are going to be used in our next skit. So the three of us head down to the 99 cents store and grab what we need. I dont want to reveal the just details of the video but just know that it will be spectacular when it is done. Aside from props we are also currently looking at a wireless lavilier omni mic setup. Due to a lot of our stuff is going to be hidden camera, to catch the unsuspecting and oblivious it always gives better reactions compared to those who know they are being filmed.

Now for todays update, I was searching google and realized how disappointing about the whole status of "Where The Wild Things Are" movie. It was set to be out last year in or around October, but my thoughts since I haven't heard anything new about it I don't think the movie is going to see the light of day unfortunately. It really bothers me cause the clip that was hovering around the internet looked amazing. If any masterpiece a movie could have been it would have been that but thanks to those bastards down at WB.

I came to thinking the other day if they should make an adaptation from book to film they should do "Wayside Stories From Wayside School." I absolutely loved those books when I was younger although there is more than one book they should just write a screenplay consiting of the best stories combined into one film. That would be great, no wait thats an understatement, Genius!...Not really but it would be nice to see.

All Nighter

First I would like to say Wow! Probably one of the longest and most dragged out nights in my life, I swear I thought it was never going to end. Now here comes the story of how it all came to start. Bored, sitting in my room playing guitar for fun when I get a call from this girl Tayler. "Hey! Theres a party in Temecula Blakes coming and I want you to come, Blakes gonna call you in a bit." "Alright?" So are you gonna come? You better come!" "Okay, I will" forty-five minutes pass and Blake calls. It goes on from there. He rolls by my house to pick me up, then we try to get directions on how to get there. Meanwhile we find out our other friend is now having a last minute party and all the boys (close friends) are going to be there. We were at a fork in the road and needed to make a decision. We decided we would visit the Temecula party for an hour tops then head out to our mates. That plan never got executed properly. I am glad I stayed though overall, everyone has their reasons good and bad alike. I get tired of partying with the same people every time, even though I didn't know many of the people at the party I met new ones and thats what it's all about. So we get there and shake hands, take names, meet people. Time passes, Blake is being begged to stay there while Im just kinda there for the ride although I was put in the middle of things by being asked by both sides what I wanted to do. I tried to stay neutral but that didn't work. So we were in for the whole night there. Played beer pong, cranked tunes then had three rounds of some hardcore ping pong. During all of this the parties inhabitants are now complete intoxicated and its about two in the morning. Another hour passes during that time more people show up. Next thing you know-knock-knock, I exclaim the cops! This moment was the make or break of the night, it was going to be the first party shes going to have and the last party haha. I knew it was coming, I had suspected it all along with the music blasting and noisy kids at three am. Well what do you know it was a noise complaint and underage drinking. The door opens in which kids then realize, oh shit! its the cops after they disregarded my statement they all run out the back door. I stay in the house and hide in the bedroom where I pretend sleep. They then forcefully say We're coming in and walk in, under pretense you have a right not to let them in the house. But I just read up that they are allowed to enter if there is probably cause with exigent circumstances. In our case it was the underage drinking. So they search the house for remaining kids, and ask if they is anyone in the bedroom. "Yea" she states, which there were two people sleeping in the bed. I was on the floor fake sleeping with a pillow. Funny thing is I was trying to hop in the closet but they started to open the door before I could get in. So I quickly dropped to the floor. He then shined his flashlight across the room where I felt it being pointed at my face in my eyes. I remain there still, and lifeless, they close the door behind them. I thought he was going to wake us all up and make us go home or show him our identification although it wasn't as big as a deal as it seemed at the time. Immeadiately after I open the door and walk out into the hallway the cop looks at me , since I was just pretend sleeping but I don't think he realized it was the same person cause he didn't say anything me. He barks his orders about wanting the place cleaned up and everyone gone blah blah blah he will be back in a couple of hours. Not likely, Me and Blake head out the front door and jam up the street on foot hiding behind some cars in a driveway awaiting for them to leave the residence. There really was no point in this, it was just for fun and to get our adrenaline pumping I guess. We wait a couple of minutes no sign, so we make a dash for his car. Hop inside and wait, the cop finally exits and enters his vehicle. As he was leaving he drives slow shining his squad car light we change positions in the car to the floor, which was really a whole 'nother task itself in his tiny Miata. The cop continues shining his spotlight on Blakes car then makes a uey (urtun) whilst checking out the surrounding area. Weird thing was there was two officers, we didn't see the other officer leave the house. Our guess he was probably in the car waiting and saw us the whole time making our mad dash. We finally get the go ahead that its all clear and head back in, the house is empty except for a select few. Everyones trying to get a hold of those that left hoping they all return safe, that nothing happened to them. Minutes pass and one by one they all start showing up, friends of the owner take control and let everyone know they have to go home and keep the noise down. Then drama ensued the owners purse had gone missing during the flee from the cops, oh no! People start suspecting people, maybe it was so and so, the finger pointing and blame game had begun. I'm sitting there listening to the bickering, in my mind I knew the purse was at the house still that no one had taken it. It will show up eventually, and what do you know it did, they found it locked safe in another bedroom. The house starts getting cleaned up, while the remaining few leave. Its now down the the ones who are staying, which whom being us. Its about four-thirty now. I'm tired and ready for bed and have no where to sleep. I walk around the house in search of some comfort, everyone around me is passing out or already asleep. Im at the point where I'd rather go home now. It comes to attention that that Tayler is hungry for Del Taco, money gets bummed and a car gets borrowed and I find myself in the backseat. I decide to tag a long for the ride since my GPS navigation skills were needed. The time is now six in the morn give or take a few minutes. The three of us are all situated in the car ready to leave, we open the garage and turn the car over. Next thing I know I see a light shining in the garage pointed at the car, the only thought comes to mind, "are you fucking kidding me?" He came back? So now the officer is in the garage with the flash light pointing it at us asking what we are doing. Did everyone leave? how many people are here still? is everything cleaned up? What is this twenty questions? It ain't your house, so scram don't you have better things to be doing I thought to myself. We pull out of the drive way carefully shutting the garage after us, the cop is now standing in the drive way radioing shit in. We get a call moments later in the drive-thru the cop came back! We could have told you that, I guess he walked in again and woke up the few that were sleeping there. Blasting music on the drive there I realized how much I love the morning, the coldness of the air on your skin and how its the most beautiful part of the day. The calmness and quiet of a city sleeping. We get back to the house, to find out we are going to get driven home. Whoo! Slumber at last, I spoke too soon. I was strapped in for the long ride. Loud music the whole trip trying to sleep and be woken up every ten minutes. Two hours later after driving around everywhere doing miscellaneous errands I arrive at my residence, it's about eight-thirty. Tired eyed weary I say my goodbyes and I drag myself upstairs hop in the shower and pass out till two. Well, that concludes my story for the weekend. Hope you enjoyed it or not, no bitching!

I have been wanting to make a post about this for a while as well as other stuff I will get to in later updates. For right now I will talk about this, the internet, communication. It's pretty crazy how people communicate through craigslist like finding something of yours in the lost in found section or even just the missed connections it's almost heart felt. Everyone out there is looking for love or something. I mention this since last week my friends found their dogs in the lost and found section and picked up the same day the lost them. How lucky can you get, that someone who found the dogs would of thought of posting it on Craigslist as well as my friend looking on Craigslist and happen to find them. It's a great tool, thats for sure.

Could this be? I'm actually talking to another human being, furthermore, I am actually talking to a man?! Yes, indeed. I was awe struck by the way you can say such words to me. I said, I would like a number two protein style, with a larger lemon aid. I was so parched that day, that I needed a larger drink to quench my thirst. I pull up to the window to see this amazing beautiful man in my presence, I was so struck by love that I couldn't turn my attention away from my phone. I handed you my money, of course, you took it- I couldn't believe it! Why would you take my money, I think- I think he likes me I thought to myself! I then asked, can I have extra thousand island?? You said, of course. You turned around and pretended to stretch to put your ass in my face. You handed me my drink with a here. I was so excited!! You gave me a drink?! Why, I thought- why would this god among men hand me a beverage?! It was too good to be true, but there was more coming. A burger and fries- and wait could it be? You gave me extra thousand island like I asked?! Truly this was a day to be remembered.

Seriously dude, you're not God's gift to man. You work at in-n-out. Next time cut the crap and pretend to be happy. We've all been there and done that. Don't pretend to stretch and put your ass in someones face, because honestly it ain't that cute. I thought your huge ass was going to consume me, and my car. Just because I'm on my phone on an important or unimportant call doesn't give you any right to be rude to the customer. Further to the point, I have never seen you in my entire life, what gives you any justification in being rude? You chose your job! Short Update

St. Paddy's Review

Hope everyone had a fun and safe St. Patricks day mine was pretty crazy and fun filled. To start the night off we ruined some ones
backyard bonfire suspecting it was a house fire and called the fire department haha. They came and put it out, those people were probably pretty bummed, better safe than sorry though. The remainder of the night entailed with some awesome shortcake cookies with four leaf clovers printed on them and the enjoyment some fine malt beverages "Mickeys" and Irish Carbombs! What more could you ask for? Kiss me I'm not Irish! The party ended up slowing down, we left around 12 o'clock I believe and headed over to our other friends who tried to steal the party, only kidding, for some beer pong. That lasted til two or three then ending up passing out there with a belly full of Del Taco. Then to wake up with the smell of cigarettes on me and stale taste of Del Taco in my mouth from the night before. I really hate that when you don't get to brush your teeth before you pass out when you stay elsewhere because your mouth feels gritty and gross that following morning. Anyways I don't have much planned today besides hydrating and recuperating. Stay Updated!

The End is Near

so I totally forgot but supposably the world is going to end in year 2012. Kind of a scary thing to think about you can learn more youtube. I will post one video up of the five parts, you can watch the rest through that one.



It is definitely a sore subject for me, I hate to think about stuff like that cause of how well thought out it seems as well as their supporting evidence to back the theory and it's just plain scary to think about! and if the hypotheses is correct we'll I guess we all will know. I actually just searched google for 2012 and saw that Columbia Pictures is coming out with a movie. You guessed it, called "2012" it might have already come out I didn't check the date as far as I know. Just do a google search on 2012 yourself, you will find hundreds upon hundreds possibly thousands of articles on this controversial topic. Also search up Planet X, cause it ties into the 2012 Armageddon theory. although it could just be a flop when people thought the world was going to end years ago and the theory about y2k it's still crazy to think about. How Ridiculous

So yesterday I needed cardboard for some props I was going to make and I have no idea where to go and get cardboard. So I headed down to the back of stores in search of trash cardboard. I made my rounds, found some at the back of Pets Mart, but it wasn't sufficient enough. The pieces I had were too small for what I needed to create and I had bigger fish to fry. Slowly running out of time I kept on trucking searching high and low until I found the ultimate piece at the back of a Rite-Aid near my house. I load it up in the back of the truck laughing all the way to the bank. I get home and begin to start my project which when finished I will post pictures. The sun is setting and I'm losing light in my garage there is not enough light from my overhead bulbs so I call it a night. We all go out for ice cream and come home to relax. Ready to spend the rest of my night indoors, I decide it's best to shower. While in there my Dad comes in and tells me the cops just came to the house looking for me. My first thought, "Oh how funny Mr. Jokester." Turns out he was serious, three cops came to the house asking for me. Rite-Aid had managed to get my getaway vehicles license plate thus being my Dads truck, from one of their cameras. From the sound of it they must have been pretty pissed if they went this far to report stolen cardboard. The cops wanted to know what I wanted cardboard for and said that the employees of Rite-Aid accused me of literally trashing the place. I couldn't believe my ears, 'Are you kidding me?" I just took cardboard I did not destroy or make a mess of anything. The manager or someone must have been on a power trip, and figured i would get in more trouble by saying that I trashed everything. Well guess again Bitch! what a waste of the Police's time, not like they have anything better to do than the three of them show up about a cardboard robbery? Anyways that concludes my ridiculous rant of the night.

What a Bust

came up with some original ideas for shorts and skits to film that will be funny when we get the time. It was a boring night, big party got blown off I guess there was some drama bullshit so the night was a bust. Although I did get some production time in, shot our short reintroducing the comeback of the schools tv which was news reel themed. So I am currently editing it to air next week and we will be shooting the music video next Friday for sure I can't be any more sure than I am this time. This last time there were multiple reasons but I will just list the main important one, No one to operate the camera. But anyways I have family coming down from Ohio for a week. So I'll probably be spending time with them for the week.

Yet Again

So close to finishing and having everything ready for the shoot, yet it all falls down and had to postpone once again. It's so irritating cause I tried hard to get everything done just so it could get postponed again. We'll I guess I have time to shoot the intro to inform everyone that we are going to do weekly shows, so we'll probably shoot that sometime today hopefully. I failed to mention last night that I was going to a show. The Fling to be exact! Saw them at their seven Inch release party/show down at the Prospector in Long Beach. Good show besides not playing The Breaks being one of my favorite songs. Ended up getting in for free since we arrived extra early so I didn't have to pay the five dollar door charge. Im such a cheap ass, no not really I actually never planned that. It was an accident that happened, the show was supposed to be on at like nine or ten according to myspace and it was two hours later. Crazy thing happened too, we were sitting at a table by the bar and this guy walks by and throws something. I look down at the table to find a little green nug. Weed!? Wtf, I wonder if it was laced, I would never know since I don't touch the stuff but I did sell it haha. I was skeptical about the show since it was going to be at a bar cause most shows are 21+. Thats a known fact, but myspace nor the flyer they had anything about 21+ so I didn't get hastled at all. Funny thing is I think It was cause they were asking for everyones I.D. and it seemed that I was the only 19 year old there at the show. It was a much older crowd, everyone dressed a lot different down there, like a hipster indie old school style. Kinda hard to explain but it was an enjoyable show. I had also found out that night that one of the guys playing used to be in Letter Kills, pretty cool fact. You will probably hear more later in another post as well as see pictures from that show when I get around to doing so.

To Assume or Presume

The assumption of me being right all along, proved to be true. As the saying goes nice guys finish last, who would have known? Why do girls lie? Why do they lead you on? Why are they whores when their drunk? Why, why, why...a million why's could be asked but every time you will get the same exact answer, it is in their nature. I will defend those who are innocent not every woman or girl is the same, but for the most part of the demographic I am saying yes. Others can grow out of it, it seems to be a teen thing. I kind of give up on chasing girls, because it gets you no where in the end most of the time. Leaving you with a broken heart and your dick in your hand. Most girls are crazy now a days though, faking pregnancies and just being straight up crazy bitches. It irritates me sometimes how a girl can be this way, everywhere I go now a days wether it's a party or myspace I constanty hear about guys or girls having problems with the opposite sex. It's a constant argument, girls are dumb and guys are dumb but I guess they are both equally dumb when it comes to the details of the situation. Try this scenario on for size, your seeing someone and while your seeing them the other person is playing the field and your totally unaware. This can be a guy or girl, it doesn't matter. Now when your seeing them exclusively don't you think they should be stop fooling around and see if the two would be a compatible match? To see if things work, they say opposites attract but not in all cases, I have seen some weird matches and it just makes you wonder how they came to be together. Then why do girls have to lie to you wether its about another guy they are talking to, "oh he's just a friend." Guys as well as girls have the sixth sense and 1. Know when you are lying 2. Know when he's more than just a friend. This situtation actually happened to me and I'm sure its happened to everyone or at least a lot of people. Usually you could be wrong, you could be too over protective, over bearing, and just flat out paranoid when honestly maybe he or she just maybe a friend. This is why a lot of people are not in relationships or want them they can be very stressful for both sides because it takes a lot strength to maintain them. It wears you down, jealousy is a huge factor that contributes to the paranoia and the insecurity of others. Trust is a huge also a contributing factor in relationships now a days, because it is so easy to get away with anything. Then even more recently I was seeing this girl for about three weeks and she finally decided to call it quits. "Oh your a nice guy blah blah blah we can still talk, I just don't a boyfriend right now cause my life is to stressful." It goes on, she puts the blame on her family speaking of household problems. Like I said nice guys finish last, its like that Green Day song you should listen to it. What would be nice would for a girl to meet me half way for once. Like it's so hard to hold out for the one you want or picture in your mind because it feels as if you'll never find that dream girl. You think to yourself how could there could be a girl that innocent and so sweet, there is but its like a one in a million thing. What's irritating about it is how she or anyone can make up an excuse of saying how you don't wan't a relationship or boyfriend right now because of family problems, (insert fabricated lie here), etc. Only doing so a boyfriend would add onto your stress. One, I think thats a bullshit excuse. A boyfriend does not add on to stress, it is his job as the "boyfriend" to relieve stress and belittle everything making it not seem as bad. It's almost saying, "It's not you, It's me." But what really hurts (since word travels so quick). Two it's unreal how you could move on to see someone else so quick. Try like two days or less. It's really frustrating and nerve racking letting that happen, and guess what? There's nothing you can do about it. The real reason I think behind this though is I believe she thinks I was too good for her. I really don't care if I was or not, that doesn't really matter. My friend also came up with the same conclusion when he talked to her. That I am too much of a good kid, no I am not conceded or full of myself, which was probably the first thing that came to your mind when you read that. Then whats up with people, specifically girls I have seen date guys younger than them I mean younger like the girl was nineteen and the guy..erhhm I mean kid was like sixteen what the crap is that all about? That kid scored on that deal but it's also been the other way around where some younger girls date older guys. Like the girl maybe seventeen dating a twenty or twenty one year old it comes to my mind. Can you not find someone your age? does it have to do with maturity? or what?... I know age is just merely a number but come on. I mean I definitely would not have a problem dating a younger chick, which I have. Just as long as they are not gold digging and have good morals and are LEGAL.

Weapons of Mass Destraction

I have come to the realization which is a known fact, that computers are a mass distraction especially if your hooked up to the internet. You can not get shit done cause you always get sidetracked by useless crap like Youtube, Myspace, Facebook, etc. social networking sites and such. It honestly is hard and I can speak from personal experience, I know everyone else out there feels the same way too. Every couple of minutes I constantly check on my myspace and email. I really need to break the habit, its weird to go back and think about how it used to be before all of this. When there wasn't a myspace, like what you used to do online
like maybe take a couple days away from it to realize, wow I really don't need it look how much better off I am now without it.
The only good reason I see in me keeping my Myspac. 1. Friends far away to keep in contact with, friends with no phones. 2. Networking, meet new people that can better your career as they say its not about what you know, but who you know so go out and make your resources endless. I brought this up for reason of today I spent the day trying to finish up the shot script for the music video I have mentioned in previous posts. Another day closer to the shoot and it's not done yet, but rest assured it will be. It is slowly but surely nearing completion. I have talked to the candidate that I had in mind to run the camera and basically be D.P. of the shoot. I will contact him again tomorrow since he was unsure if he had a shoot he had to do that day. So my fingers are crossed, if not I can have my close friend run the camera but I was just hoping for someone with experience and the knowledge of shot framing and what not. Lately I have been in movie mode, getting inspired, watching good indie flicks to major that I have been wanting to see for a while but never got the chance too. I made a list, so I am making sure too check it twice! Well anyways, there is a party tonight down at my friends, so I am going out to have a breath of fresh air. Stay posted, more soon.

It Came to My Attention

last night when I watched The Go-Getter which by the way is a good movie, if you have not seen it I suggest you pick it up. Watching it, it reminded me of how much I like Dome the geometry of it and the design is just really neat. There was this scene in the beginning when this band is jamming in this dome in the forest and I thought to myself how much I would like to have dome in the forest. Oh, and get your head out of the gutter I'm speaking of geodesic domes.





I don't know what it is, if its they're sweet look thats got me hooked or that it could be my own private sanctuary out in the woods while having my indie band practice there!

Yesterday's Adventure

was fun, I wen't riding up in the hills, did what I used to love most...Ride. Rode up through the beautiful community of La Cresta, nothing but mansions sitting on acres of property. It's ridiculous I really wish I was that wealthy. Although I'm not worried that much about it, since someday I will be in that position sitting comfortably atop of my private ridge. My own "Private Idaho." I ended up taking a lot of photos and found out while viewing my pictures on the computer how dirty my sensor was. Little speckles and hair were showing up ruining some shots, not dramatically but I will have to spend time photoshopping the debris out. Thing is, its only visible when I have the aperture closed up small which is usually when you can tell when you need to clean it. With me though, I already knew it was that time since it hasn't been cleaned nor serviced since I've owned it. Which the sensor is supposed to be cleaned every six months. I just didn't realize it was as dirty as it was. So it's basically time to send it out to Canon to get it cleaned, since I don't want to risk scratching or damaging the sensor whilst trying to clean it myself.

Last Night

another conflict with Olga ensued, go figure, I knew it would be a couple of days before something else happened. I got into trouble from not cleaning the cookie sheet the night before. Since I wasn't home to clean it for her my dad had to clean it. Just goes to show how handicapable she is of doing so. It just so happened that she needed to use it for baking cookies, what a coincidence. The one time I don't clean it, she needs it, the story escalates from there. I arrive home, my father is gone working. She is speaking spanish on the phone watching tv as usual. I have things to do tonight, and I am starving so I decide to cook up some Bourbon Chicken and Rice. There are two cookie sheets, so she can share especially if she is not using them right now. I pull out the tin foil and start to lay it down on the one sheet. She quickly hangs up the phone and jumps to her feet sprinting to the kitchen, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" "I'm making dinner, your not using them right now." Quick to reply "YES I AM!,I'M MAKING COOKIES!" Oh really? where are they? I saw you chatting on the phone and watching tv is what I wanted to say but I didn't. She rips the cookie tray out of my hands like a bat out of hell. "THIS ONE IS GREASED!" "Why are you so hostile, calm down, I'm sorry I didn't know it was greased." So I just end up using the other one. She immediately picks up her phone and speed dials my Dad. Your Son (insert story here) while she babbles on I exclaim, "Grow Up!" "DID YOU HEAR THAT? WHAT YOUR SON JUST TOLD ME!?" she tells me this constantly and gets mad when she gets a taste of her medicine. What really irritates me that escalated this situation, was that this whole confrontation could have been avoided. If only instead of her being lazy that whole hour and a half between the time the cookie sheet got cleaned and the time I got home the cookies could have been done and baked but she decided to procrastinate. Too bad, I am not gonna sit there and be starving now that she decides to make cookies when I decide too cook food for myself. After the phone call she placed to my Dad, I guess I ruined her night. She cleaned up her mess in the kitchen and then stomped her way up stairs and slammed the door. She even went to be bed early. Wow! All I can say is grow up! The End

I'm Still Up

Its now 1 o'clock in the mornin' and I'm still awake, why? Because I just watched another awesome movie. Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist. Last night was Sex Drive and the night before was Zach and Miri Make A Porno. I'm just on a roll, Nick and Norah and Zach and Miri are both really good movies. N&N reminded me of how much I like indie music and how much I want to goto New York to party every night goto shows, the night life. Give and let Live, be spontaneous and at the same time have fun. It sure made me think of life, how much I have to live for. What's in store for me as well as what I am going to achieve and accomplish.

Current Update

So I've been working on the shooting script today, and i have had some great ideas which will continue to flow out of me. But I think we're not gonna be shooting tomorrow yet again unfortunately, FUCK! Because no matter what if i get everything done tonight. 1. I havent heard from my buddy in a couple of days. 2. Didn't contact the teacher and talk to resources at the school for what we need to do, and have done. 3. I don't have someone to operate the camera. 4. My friend hasnt recorded his part for the song, which I am guessing he probably won't. Aside from all that stressful stuff with deadlines I was thinking a bit today about all the run-ins with Olga I've had recently and in the past and I think I am goin to start writing a movie script and send it to View Askew and hope that Kevin Smith picks it up. Its still an idea in progress but the synopsis of the film is basically going to be about the daily war between me and her and my ultimate plan to get her out of my life and out of my house. It shall be interesting. Although I am sure there are like hundreds of scripts send to Kevin Smith daily but just maybe I might get lucky.

Boring Day

didn't accomplish much today, woke up late... try 12. Although I did get the opportunity of getting a hundred dollars for selling my friends truck on craigslist but i don't get the money till it sells. Tomorrow I will be writing out and drawing the shot script for the shoot on Friday. The day is growing close along with the deadline so I need to get it done. None the less there is this big project in the works that i am closely involved in called Vendire. Todays Update

Aside from that I went on an awesome hike today with some friends up at the plateau hopefully will get to go on another one soon next time I will bring my camera cause it is really beautiful out there. I have also been patiently awaiting my damn tax return wondering if its ever gonna come!?

This Shit Has Got to Stop

I am fed up with Olga's bitching, nagging and over excessive complaining. How rude and immature can you get? I go downstairs because I need to eat really quick before i leave to go hiking and she happens to be in there making a sandwich. I pull out a pot to cook my food in when she turns around to blab CAN'T YOU WAIT TIL IM DONE! I DON'T WAN'T TO BE AROUND YOU! YOUR SO HATEFUL! "Excuse me!? How am I hateful?, your the one being rude and need to learn some manners." YOU NEED TO GROW UP AND GET A LIFE, YOU NEED TO GET A GIRLFRIEND, WHY DON'T YOU GO HANGOUT WITH YOUR FRIENDS! not sure what a girlfriend and friends have to do with this conversation and where they come into play but her lame attempt to try and get me out of the house failed. I have stated this before in other posts about her but she is a contradicting hypocrite. Here are a few examples of how she is. 1. She gets mad when I bring friends over to hang out in my room and then complains to my Dad while he's at work complaining about me having friends over and how shes never seen them before. In which I bring them over all the time. if she cared to open her eyes and observe she would know that instead of being ignorant and the first thing coming to mind is tattle on Garrett. 2. How do you expect me to have a girlfriend in this hostile, and unwelcoming environment I live in. You make people feel unwelcome with your bad, hateful vibes. You expect me to have when I can't even bring one home to hangout with, without you getting your mind in the gutter and thinking that my room is a "sex pit." Exact words. I have quotes from previous girlfriends that have said the same exact things about her. Pure Hypocrite right there. Don't make me break it down for you. I mean what really irritates me is that she acts like owns everything, is there seriously not enough room in the kitchen for two people? oh so your the queenie now, oh im sorry your highness I didn't know you were such a bitch. Yet she can come off with the odacity saying what she said. Then continues expell gas and words from that thing on her face she calls a mouth. Telling me to grow up and get a life (which she constantly says because thats all she can come up with as a retort) IF I WAS 19 I WOULD BE DOING THAT STUFF, we'll guess what your not you had your one chance just because you didnt have a joyous childhood or upbringing doesn't mean you can parade around being snobby and bitter for what happened in your shit life. I am not trying to be hateful when I post this stuff about her, I am just hoping that no other form of life such as an innocent child meets her cause she will eat your soul. She is basically a sucubus, and the fakest person you will ever meet. The End

The Want to Create

A lot of people out there want to create something artistically, wether it being a painting, self-portrait, skateboarding, photography, music, etc you get the idea. But there are a lot of people alike inspired and uninspired because everyone is being given and shown the same thing. They are ideas being put out everyday that are unoriginal and

I guess the point i am trying put across is that i myself am one of those people who want to create, but due to my nature of being one, lazy at times and a procrastinator its hard to. It's almost like the thing with responsibility where the parents give their child a dog or animal of some sort and have them to take of it to prove them self worthy of being responsible. I have already failed with that, trying to keep up blogging is my pet in a metaphorical sense. I am trying to do better and will do better in the future. This is just the beginning so be prepared to hear a lot more from me because I am not done crowing yet.

This Maybe Contradicting

but I have felt uninspired but inspired at times lately. So that is a reason for lack of updated posts and posts left with one or two words. I am currently editing them with the content that they should filled with. Eventful weekend, some good, some bad. Everything happens for a reason sometimes I guess, things will get better, gotta stay up, stay positive, have hope and look up to the sky. i basically have a new favorite word, "Gregarious." It just sounds cool. Its defined as someone whos in enjoyment of company (socializing) and also like a flock or herd of animals. Anyways you will hear more from me about inspiration in a later post. So this Morning

I was thinking and I had realized that I had missed the Denny's Free Short Stack, Damn it! I really wanted some tasty pancakes for free, but just as there other free event they had i'm sure It would have been crowded and there's no need to wait in line for an hour for a $5 meal, unless your homeless/poor and needy. Anyways last night was a good night went to my friend Deans going away party at his pad since he is going to back to work on pipelining in another state and won't be back for a while. None the less after that hit up another gathering with some other friends, had a bonfire at the lake bottom, socialized all in good time. Can't recall any plans for today, besides washing my car and mowing the lawn. Possibly go scouting for some jumps and a good place to ride with my buddy and mob his 110.

Planning Something Big

I make plans to break plans, its been a couple of days and lack of content/writing in the posts. I have been busy with my friend we are gonna be doing something big hopefully. We went back to our old high school for which we are gonna start filming weekly shorts to air every friday on their tv. Tomorrow hopefully if we get everything done on time, we are going to be shooting a music video for next week. if not we will have to wait till next friday to film due to my friends not so open schedule. But the idea is for us to produce a weekly segment on whatever we want (as long as it has some point and depends on how risque the content is).
This program was going on when I was attending there and didn't last that long due to lack on content to go up. Kids these days and some of their uncreative minds. Don't blame them though, its the crap on tv and the stuff their fed at home. They aren't eating their vegetables or something. Anyways Stay Up!

Free Grand Slam Now This!?

so a couple of weeks ago Dennys was having a event that was taking the nation by storm which was broadcasted during the superbowl for giving away free Grand Slams from 6-2 or whatever the time frame was but I want to know what the reason behind dennys that they are doing this for? are they hurting for business? is it for charity? are they planning on making money on drinks and other things that get ordered and possibly tips? although they goto the waiters and/or waitresses. I am curious to know why the CEO decided to make this decision in hope to promote business? We'll see I guess..,or not.

Last Nights Show =

Fucking extravagant, amazing in all ways. As Tall As Lions definitely knows how to party haha. They played all the songs I wanted to hear and even new ones! I was disappointed when they first finished cause I didn't get to hear Love, Love, Love, but they came back out for a three song encore which totally made my night. I take that bacK, that was an understatement it made my life. They finished it playing Love, Love, Love and had everyone there get up on stage and sing a long. As soon as i heard that I made haste and rushed up there to join in. It was a night to remember, an experience for sure. It was way crowded up there and everyone started grabbing instruments like maracas and tambourines and then at one point of the song someone was trying to play the drum cymbals with their hands, definite comedy. Although, I really wish I had pictures though of the on stage action to post up.
Hopefully I'll find some on myspace if anyone posts any pictures up. Although I did take pictures which I will get up soon.
Hope to see them play again soon.

So i get home and install the toilet seat to find that its broken, a $5 wood toilet seat broken? I guess thats the kind of craftsmanship you can expect for five bucks. So tomorrow i am going to have to return it.

Recollecting Last Night

it was okay, party died really fast everyone started leaving and going home early for who knows what reason. The party had been decorated and themed for Valentines Day, red and pink balloons flourished the ceiling and everyone had to dress up. Button ups and Dresses

last couple of days havent been productive, iv'e been delirious with crazy sleep patterns...not really but I have just been staying up extremely late and waking up some what late, like try 12. I hate sleeping half the day cause I miss out on time. But last night was good, I went and saw Coraline. it was good, it seemed like it was longer than it was but maybe it was because i was uncomfortable in those damn theatre seats and it seemed like the ending kinda dragged on but truth really is my back was going in to spasm and my butt was numb.

Large Update

there hasn't been a lot to update about the past couple of days. Although until tonight I have some interesting things to speak of.
Then now I also remembered some other stuff my friend was going to goto this school in Santa Ana I believe, that certifies you in FCP (Final Cut Pro) for those that don't know the abbrev. He invited me to go up with him since i wanted to get certified as well so I can professionally edit and just look good for my resume. That was before i realized that it was two grand and some change. So i had to think about it because thats a lot of dough to hand out especially since its only a four day course! Which is sounds super short to me for the cash and doesn't sound like enough since i want to learn the program thoroughly even though they are 8 hour days. It just feels like i would be rushing all of it and might not retain the information i learned. Although I did have a chance my senior year to get certified and it would have only cost fifty I believe and that was the fee to take the test. Stupid me, cause we had the book and all I had to do was go through it and the exercises in each chapter. Let's put it this way, I started and never finished like maybe, just maybe, a hundred pages into it. But I don't know why i stopped to be honest, i think cause i started it too late into the school year since it was my Senior year I didn't enough time to finish it. But now as of Friday i am going back to school to hopefully get the book so I can go through it and self teach myself. Then I'll only have to pay the test fee rather than be two g's. I will be looking forward to that, since that should be a big opportunity for me. Then I am going to establish my own site to start contracting out work, more details about that later. Now here is the fun part of the update. Friday night I am probably going to be heading down to San Diego for a gnarly apartment party. This party is different though it is a sober party, no alcohol and we are going to be having these parties for about ten days. Each night being a different theme than before. Friday nights theme is going to be Air Horns, so bring plenty of ear plugs. I will now tell the story behind it all, it basically has to do with one of our close friens's girlfriend who lives in the apartment. Her room mate is being dumb and i guess they want her out or something to do with signing off the lease. The apartment is basically empty with the exception of the roomie's room so we are going to gather as many people as we can in there and party as i said for ten days. We are going to document it all on video and call it, "How to Lose a Room Mate in Ten Days." Should be a eventful weekend.
